Yes. Premier Pro Wash carries all necessary business insurance, including general liability coverage, to protect our customers and our team.

We accept cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Credit card payments can be made securely through an online invoice sent by our office. Receipts and paid invoices are available upon request.

Yes. Technicians can accept cash or check payments. If you prefer to pay by credit card, Zelle, or Venmo, our office can send an electronic invoice for secure payment processing.

No. If you will not be home during the service, we ask that you inspect the completed work when you return. Once you are satisfied with the results, payment is due within 24 hours of service completion.

Not typically. Standard concrete cleaning is designed to remove dirt, mold, mildew, algae, and other common surface contaminants. Oil stains, rust stains, battery acid stains, fertilizer stains, and other specialty stains often require additional treatment and specialized cleaning products. If you have any oil, rust, or other noticeable stains on your concrete, please let us know before your scheduled appointment. This allows our technician to bring the appropriate specialty cleaners and ensures we can provide the most accurate estimate and achieve the best possible results. Please note that while many stains can be significantly improved or removed, some older or deeply embedded stains may not come out completely.

Our house washing service includes cleaning the exterior siding, soffits, fascia, gutters, trim, and the exterior surfaces of the windows. Roof cleaning, decks, patios, driveways, retaining walls, and other exterior surfaces are not included unless specifically requested and listed on your estimate.

No. We use a low-pressure soft washing process whenever appropriate to safely clean exterior surfaces. However, if paint or stain is already deteriorating, peeling, or failing, the cleaning process may remove loose material. In these situations, repainting or re-staining may be recommended after cleaning.

No. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and an exterior water source is available, you do not need to be present during service.

Payment is due within 24 hours of service completion unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Yes. We utilize the property's exterior water supply to perform our cleaning services. If your home is supplied by a well system, please notify us before your appointment.

If applicable, please provide all gate codes prior to your appointment or ensure Premier Pro Wash and our technicians are authorized for entry through the community gate.

No. Only the services specifically listed on your estimate will be performed. For example, a house wash does not include driveways, patios, decks, fences, retaining walls, or other exterior surfaces unless they are specifically included in the proposal.

No. While our cleaning methods are safe and designed for residential and commercial properties, we are not responsible for water intrusion caused by failed, damaged, deteriorated, or improperly sealed windows, doors, or other exterior openings.

Soft washing uses specialized cleaning solutions combined with low-pressure water to safely clean more delicate surfaces such as siding, stucco, painted surfaces, roofs, and gutters. Weather conditions can change quickly, so we do not typically cancel appointments in advance. If weather prevents us from safely performing your service, we will contact you the morning of your scheduled appointment to discuss rescheduling. This allows us to avoid unnecessary cancellations when rain is not expected during your appointment window or weather conditions improve.
