These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services offered by Premier Pro Wash, Inc. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Last updated: March 17, 2025.

Premier Pro Wash provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including low pressure house washing, soft wash roof cleaning, concrete cleaning, gutter flushing, deck cleaning, stone and masonry cleaning, and pool deck cleaning. You may request services through our website, by phone, or by email. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the scheduled service cost. Exterior cleaning services are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled for safety and quality.

Estimates are based on information you provide and our assessment of the work required. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. Payments received after 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

We stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address any issues at no additional cost. In the event of property damage directly caused by our service, please notify us within 48 hours. Our liability for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that caused the damage.

You are responsible for ensuring appropriate access to service areas, informing us of pre-existing property conditions, and securing valuable personal items.
